Workshop: Enabling the Entrepreneur

The necessary elements to enable an entrepreneur

The workshop was presented by Dr. Bill Bolton on March, 1 and 2, 2007, in Guadalajara city (Mexico) and aimed at business incubators and entrepreneurs in general.

Its objective was to identify, describe and appraise the importance of incorporating, with quality and efficiency, each of the elements that determine the environment needed for the development of the entrepreneurial culture, such as the installations and support infrastructure, the incubation models and the people.

The contents were organized around three axes:
I. Facilities that enable.
II. Models that enable.
III. People that enable.

The power point presented in the workshop is available here, besides a useful document that helps to evaluate the facets of the entrepreneurs.
