By Pablo Angelelli and Julia Prats, Departamento de Desarrollo Sostenible (IADB)

Small municipalities, civil society organizations and different government agencies are implementing initiatives to disseminate the entrepreneurship culture and to facilitate the creation of new firms. The present document portrays guidelines and practical case studies to support these organizations in the design of projects that will effectively foster entrepreneurship in Latin America and the Caribbean.
