Incubators in Action: Video Case Studies

To get an idea of how incubators across different regions and in different business environments are performing, take a look at these videos. They provide an overview of the role business incubators play in supporting entrepreneurship and innovation in developing countries.

The case studies look at the various business models deployed by incubators in developing countries and how these models have been designed to adapt to the local context, to meet the needs of tenants companies, and to ensure sustainability of the business incubator itself. Through interviews with incubator managers, governments, tenant companies, clients, and donors, these case studies provide interesting insights and important 'lessons learned'.

The Video Case Studies are available in three formats:

  1. Full length [approximately 50 mins]
  2. Four individual case Studies of business incubators in Vietnam, Ghana, India and Brazil [approximately 10 mins each]
  3. Five short clips [approximately 2 mins each]

These videos are designed to play directly in your Internet browser.
