This tool combines on line activities and specific off line consultancies in order to accompany and guide new enterprises. The system defines a tutoring framework (in a process oriented by consultants) and generates growth curves of the enterprise and of the relevant industry. Courses of action are identified based on the relative location of the enterprise in the growth curve.
