The Integrated System of Management - SIG-IncubCoope is a tool that has been developed by the Technological Incubator of Popular Cooperatives at COPPE/ UFRJ, for the management, monitoring and evaluation of popular cooperatives and incubators.
This tool links the Cooperatives Management System, Indicators System, Incubation System and ITCP Management System.
The SIG comprises three integrated systems: Cooperative Management System (SIG COOP), the Incubator Management System (SIG ITCP) and Indicator Management System, for the monitoring and evaluation of the individual cooperatives and of the incubation process as a whole.
- SIG – COOP: The System of Cooperative Management (SIG-COOP) is intended to support the running of popular cooperatives and includes administration, accounting, human resources, economic feasibility studies, business plans, organizing meetings, among other things. One of the aims is to democratize the access to information, by means of a simple database that serves all the members of the cooperative.
The System of Incubator Management comprises two modules: the System for Managing the Incubator itself (SIG-ITCP) and the System for Managing the Incubation process (SIG-INC).
- SIG – ITCP: manages all the projects and agreements, forecasting the work plan, resources plan, financial flow and expected results for each project. Additionally, it is also a management tool for all ITCP matters: administrative data, human resources, and cash flow.
- The SIG-INC aims to systematize the Incubation team’s action plan, coordinating the planning of all the activities and their execution, and defining the necessary resources and the expected results.
