The Venture Incubation Package, developed by TREC-STEP, is a core planning and growth enhancing tool for technology and other ventures, aiming for higher accelerated growth. It helps entrepreneurs assess the cost and revenue implications of venture decisions, with real time break even analysis, desktop cash flow predictions for smooth steering of the venture, and an investment dashboard indicating the danger zones with investments during accelerated growth.
 
It also maps the managerial knowledge requirements of the growing venture, through an easy to understand spider diagram, by randomly measuring the knowledge levels of the enterprise, highlighting areas of growth requirements. Knowledge Supplements through suggested readings can then be added according to requirements.

The tool can be customized to different currencies and the questions in the managerial knowledge requirements section can be modified according to customer requirements.
