The 3rd annual conference of SABTIA (Southern African Business & Technology Incubation Association) is targeted towards incubator managers, government institutions, funders, development agencies, stakeholders and industry leaders.

The aims of the annual SABTIA Conference are:

• To facilitate the process of creating a platform for developing best practice in Southern African incubation;
• Raising the profile of incubation in Southern Africa;
• Facilitate the development of individuals in the practice of business incubation;
• Facilitate the sharing of information amongst the practioners;
• Profiling and promoting the members of the organisation as participants in the Southern African incubation domain;
• Lobbying of governments, regional and international support agencies and organisations to support the incubation movement in Southern Africa
• Creating an opportunity for networking and alliance building and;
• Spreading of learning.
