This July 28 and 29, in San José, Costa Rica, national and international panelists participated in the Second Regional Forum on Technoparks, Entrepreneurship and Incubation. The aim of the Forum was to share successful experiences and to discuss new global tendencies, opportunities and challenges that Latinamerica faces in promoting innovation and technological enterprises development.

The aim of the Forum was to share successful experiences and to discuss new global tendencies, opportunities and challenges that Latinamerica faces in promoting innovation and technological enterprises development.
This Forum turned Central America into a point of meeting of many institutions and organizations, both national and international. All of them exchanged ideas and knowledge related to innovation stategies and policies and to the creation of new enterprises in Latin America and the Caribbean Region.
