The National e-Business Incubator Project (NeBI) is an initiative of the Government of Dominica, funded by the European Union (EU), and is being implemented by the University of Technology (UTECH), Jamaica. The project includes the development of a network of business incubators, set on Information and Communications Technology (ICT) platforms.

NeBI views itself as the "Ultimate Partnership Incubator" and seeks to partner with other incubators globally for providing support to the cultural industries, information sharing, research and marketing, development and application of ICT products and services as well as in all NeBI focus areas.

As part of this initiative, NeBI has launched a TV series - "Small Business on the Go" - for small business owners, which further supports entrepreneurs in how to identify, enter and service profitable markets. If you're in Dominica, tune into Channel 5 every Saturday night!
