SABTIA and AIN, in association with STP and infoDev, have identified and selected Durban, South Africa, to host the 2010 African Incubation Conference. This, the third conference, has been imbued with the theme of 'Growing Africa through Incubation' which is a key driver to fast track economic development and minimising the failures.

Conference features

• Discussions around profiling and promoting incubation as an economic tool for small business development and growth.
• Facilitation of creating a platform for developing best practice in African incubation
• Opportunities for networking and alliance building
• Spreading of learning and sharing information amongst "incubation" practitioners (promoting dialogue and discussion amongst new and established incubators)
• The conference will feature concurrent training sessions in which experienced professionals will make presentations and lead discussions about incubation and other related topics.
