| Description |
In 2006, Kenan Institute Asia (K.I.Asia) was awarded a 1-year grant from the Information for Development Program (infoDev) Incubator Initiative of the World Bank. The project activities related to planning business incubators in Laos PDR and Cambodia and implementing a business incubator in Thailand. In Thailand, K.I.Asia worked with the Office of Vocational Education Commission (OVEC), Ministry of Education and the Suratthani Vocational College to develop and operate the OVEC business incubator at the college as a pilot incubator for clients from rural communities. Throughout the incubation period, starting from December 2006 to June 2007, the OVEC business incubator periodically followed up on each incubatee’s progress and assisted them in business management and development.

We are currently running an entrepreneurship training program called" New Entrepreneur Creation" funded by the Department of Industrial Promotion, Ministry of Industry.
We are working with the Office of SMEs promotion in developing an incubator.
We are interested in any partnership with other in the network.
