Description	The Youth Entrepreneurial Service (YES) Incubator has premises of 600 m² with 21 offices, meeting rooms, kitchen and parking. Each office is 16m². The meeting rooms are 14m² and 70m² and have capacity of 6 to 100 people. Conference rooms are equipped with modern furniture, board, projector and laptops and also can be rented to companies outside the Incubator. The Incubator’s premises are located 15 км from the city airport Alexander Macedonian and nearby the city exit, on the roads Skopje-Belgrade and Skopje-Athens. . YES Incubator's services: Pre-incubation services: Two desk-top computers in the central part of the building aimed for external parties that would like to join the Incubator but do not have a clear business idea Free consulting for the business idea creation Free assistance and materials for business plan creation Incubation services: Fully equipped offices at affordable rents lower than the commercial ones (see map of the premises) The rent includes : utilities, internet , insurance and security of the premises Free usage of shared space: kitchen space and conference rooms Free parking space Free consulting services for all the aspects of establishing and running the business Administrative, financial, marketing, legal services and managing human resources Networking with: Similar entrepreneurs, suppliers, investment funds Matchmaking with potential clients from the local, regional and global market Promotion of the tenants 24/7 access to the premises Financial support Possibility for Credit line (up to 15 000€) Possibility for Grant fund (up to 1 500€)

Mobile Innovation: AdvertSMS Skopje (FYR Macedonia)

28 February 2010 | AdvertSMS was founded in Skopje (FYR Macedonia) in February 2008 by a 21 year student Danco Dimkov. His vision was to introduce a new way of advertising, a way that will bring the companies a step closer to its potential customers. After strong commitment, hard work, and help from the Business Incubator “YesIncubator” Skopje, he managed to survive on the market, and promote this new and innovative way of advertising by providing personalized advertising services through SMS.
