Description	Tambov Regional Centre for Management and Culture was founded by the government of the Tambov oblast (region) in 2007. Tambov region is a agriculture cluster within Russia. The incubator operates a main facility in the regional center (Tambov city) and 5 branches in smaller cities and rural areas of the Tambov region. The incubator also has strong links to universities in Russia and acts as a regional partner for universities for example from Moscow, which expand their reach via ICT and partners to other regions in Russia. We focus on innovation in agriculture.
Interests	We are currently working on the services in the field of innovation and technology consulting: 1. Elimination of bottlenecks in the production cycle customer (lowers the cost of production or services). 2. Improving existing product / technology customer (increases competitiveness). 3. Mathematical modeling in a wide range of processes and geometries: -modeling several interrelated processes; -modeling of processes in multiple structures of complex geometry -modeling any processes that can be described by equations of mathematical physics (mechanics [including stress and deformation of Solid State], audio [and other types of fluctuations], solid state physics, heat engineering, hydro and aerodynamics, electricity and magnetism, the processes of chemical kinetics, diffusion, etc.). 4. Search foreign technology for transfer to the customer. 5. Special information support customer activities (using the author's unique technology for data and information collection from Internet). We are interested in partnership with others in the network,knowledge exchange and international contacts.

Outcomes of the ECA Regional Conference on the Role of Business Incubators in Innovation Development

30 October 2008 | More than 200 participants from about 20 countries across Eastern Europe and Central Asia (ECA) gathered in Tambov, Russia, to discuss the potential and challenges for innovation and SME development outside the megapolises in the ECA region.
