Description	Tambov Regional Centre for Management and Culture of NGO «RCMC» (TIBI) was founded in 2007 and focus on information technology and expand its services via ICT. TIBI provides property, information and consulting support for innovative entrepreneurship and works with the Interregional Center of Industrial Subcontracting and Partnership, which using the methodical, informational and technical support of the Specialized Agencies UN Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO). The great importance is given to the development of youth entrepreneurship:the project "School of young businessman". Since the end of 2011 and throughout 2012 the project "Club of Innovators "Stairway" is implemented. The main purposes of the project: - promotion of implementation and distribution of innovations; - creation of an effective mechanism of interaction between customers of innovations, innovators and business; - projects team building.
Interests	The direction of our work in science and technology (R & D outsourcing): 1. Increasing the productivity of equipment. 2. Reduction of energy and materials consumption in production processes. 3. Improvement of existing products / technologies or developing new ones. We use: 1. Our technology of information extraction from the "invisible" Internet. It makes possible to prepare analytical reports in any field of knowledge. 2. Systematic-morphological analysis of the found information from the "deep web". 3. Mathematical modeling (on PC) for verification of the found solutions. In our case, simulation can be carried out for stationary processes, and transition regimes, and modes of oscillations. Simulation result can be represented in any convenient form: charts, tables, movies (for dynamic processes). Mathematical modeling is especially effective when neither intuition nor previous experience can not tell how to behave in new construction (new created object) in real-world conditions.
