We welcome you to take a look at the recent developments and activities in the infoDev Global Network of Business Incubators!
We are currently in the midst of an intensive program of regional workshop program - in July we held four workshops across sub-Saharan Africa and Latin America and the Caribbean. The events attracted more than 400 attendees and were a great success. The conclusions can be found on iDISC, and more material will be added soon. If you are located within the Asia, ECA or MENA region, do mark your calendars with the upcoming workshop dates (see events listing below)!
For those listed in the Directory and attending the workshops, please remember to update your profile in the Global Directory - the Directory will be printed and handed out to workshop participants. We are now featuring 114 organizations from 66 countries in the Directory! Send an e-mail to idisc@infodev.org if you need assistance.
We have added two new sections to the iDISC homepage. Under the new Success Stories-section, we have started a collection of stories about successful entrepreneurs and companies incubated at one of the incubators in the Network. If you have suggestions for a success story, please let us know! Under Featured Tools you will find a showcased tool from the Incubator Toolkit, in each upcoming monthly newsletter.
