Seth Ayers coordinates infoDev's work on innovation and entrepreneurship, competitiveness, and growth and ICT. Prior to joining infoDev, Seth was a consultant with the World Bank's ICT Policy Group (CITPO), and worked on a number of projects related to ICT and development, including telecommunications sector reform in Africa and the Caribbean.
