Regional Facilitator: Latin America and the Caribbean
Cesar is the primary liaison between infoDev staff, ANPROTEC (the Brazilian Association of Promoters of Innovative Ventures) - the institution identified to establish and promote the LAC Network- and the incubator grantees in the region. César's responsibilities include the supervision of infoDev grants, the provision of advice and technical assistance, and, in close collaboration with ANPROTEC, the development of the LAC network of incubators and technology parks, facilitating increased communication and knowledge sharing among network members. César brings strong development experience, having worked with the World Bank for about nine years in the areas of ICT; science, technology & innovation; and education in the LAC region. He lives in Córdoba, Argentina, with his wife and two children.
